Please allow sufficient time before your service to complete a "Salon Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire."
We recommend you arrive up to 10 minutes in advance of your beauty or pamper treatment. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of service time.
Unfortunately, Mane Mood Hair Artistry does not welcome any outside guest.
We are delighted to offer treatments for children 9-16 years old however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole
Duration unless agreed otherwise. Please contact Mane Mood reservations team for details on treatments available for our young guests.
Children are not allowed unless an appointment has been booked for child. Prices for children services are not based off of age of the child but the service itself.
Our salon environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all salon guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the salon is a mobile phone on silent zone. In the event of an urgent call please step into our waiting room or outside if necessary.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your salon/spa reservation.
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our salon team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.
Mane Mood accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables at any time on the salon premises.
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in to the
Mane Mood receptionist. Items will be stored for 30 days, if they are not collected within this time they will be kept or donated to local charities.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY
Due to the artistic nature of Mane Mood services we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for our services. However, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. In the event you are unsatisfied with your service, services must be addressed with a team member prior to leaving the appointment or within 24 HOURS of the service rendered.
Your appointments are very important to the Mane Mood team; each appointment is reserved especially for you. At Mane Mood we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.
24 hour cancellation policy
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services. A 24 hour appointment reminder is sent via text message. A full price cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations after 24 hours notice.
Same day cancellations as well as “No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount
No future appointments can be made until cancellation or no show fee is paid in full.

All VIPS must be paid in full at time of SIGN UP and are non-refundable. NO SHOW | NO CALL appointments will result in VIP BEING PERMANENTLY CANCELLED. VIP card cannot be rolled over or transferred to anyone else.
Retail Products Refund & Exchange Policy
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Mane Mood Salon and Spa. We will not accept, exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates we will not except returns after 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase for your item is required always.
Online Booking Terms & Conditions
We would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible. Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to us.
• We will contact you to discuss any alterations to your appointment
• Prices are intended as a guide only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked.
• Prices do not include any promotions, offers or discounts that you may be entitled to example: Recommend Friend Discount, Color Sale, Social Media Promo , etc.
• Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and stylists commitments. Please ensure that we have a current contact phone number for you (preferably a mobile)!
• If you are unable to find the availability that you are looking for, don't worry , just give us a ring and our reception team will do their very best to find an appointment to suit your needs!
Colors Keratins & Relaxers
• When booking your color or chemical service please remember to book either a cut & finish, or a blow dry to go with it.
• If you are booking for a color service, GK Keratin you may need a skin test 48 hours before you have the full treatment.Tests are available without an appointment and are free. Failure to have a skin test may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment(s).
• Color corrections and transformations — sometimes changing your color is easy, other times it’s more complicated. We recommend that you schedule a consultation before making your reservation.
• For a quotation for transformations or corrections please visit the salon for a consultation. Alternatively we will happily offer a price range by telephone.
Bridal services or Services rendered for special occasions is something of a specialty, and we would request that these should be booked in advance, with a deposit of 50% of total cost.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Once issued the value on the Mane Mood Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at Mane Mood Salon and Spa
The card can be loaded with any value between $5 and $300. The maximum value stored on the card is $300.
The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for future purchase.
Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 6 months from the date the card was issued. Any balance left on the card after 6 months of not being used will be deducted.
Cannot be replaced if lost and any associated value cannot be replaced.
This gift voucher will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized Signature being filled up, seal and other authentication signs or if tampered.
Please be aware that if you select 'Standard Recorded' delivery and the item goes missing in the post, we will investigate for you and provide you with the relevant information but we are not liable to replace, compensate or refund any funds that may have been lost.
To check the remaining balance on your card email us at referencing your unique gift card serial number. Calls are charged at local rate.
The card is not a credit, debit or guarantee of payment card. Mane Mood LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or with draw the card on reasonable notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision (Mane Mood LLC) is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Information and data collected online through this website or otherwise supplied to Mane Mood LLC will only be used for its intended purpose. No information will be given by Mane Mood LLC to any third parties or agencies.
No personal information will be stored on this site. All and any data received from applicants will be deleted when they are no longer required.
We confirm that where you give us confidential information we shall at all times keep it confidential, except as required by law or as provided for in regulatory, ethical or other professional pronouncements applicable to our engagement.
You agree that it will be sufficient compliance with our duty of confidence for us to take such steps as we in good faith think fit to preserve confidential information both during and after termination of this engagement.
